Good news! The remote maps for all of our control products have been updated. The list of supported Rack Extensions and VSTs got even longer. You can find the complete list of all supported devices at the time of this writing HERE.
To update the maps for your product, login into your account and download the map updater zip file.
If your favorite device is not listed and you would like to see it included in the next update, please do the following:
- click on the device in the rack in Reason
- from the File menu, choose “Export Device Remote Info”
- send the file to us at “retouchcontrol@gmail.com”
